Preparing our Future Leaders

SCHOLARSHIP & REQUIREMENTS:

Dan Potter was a beloved member of the YMCA community, having joined at age 11. Throughout his life, he formed lasting friendships at the Y and gave generously of his time and resources. He supported youth basketball leagues, helped many with memberships, contributed to every raffle, and played a role in numerous capital projects.

 Dan also cherished the time he spent at the YMCA with his children. After his passing last year, his family and friends established a scholarship in his name to carry forward his spirit of kindness and community.

$1,000 scholarship(s) will be awarded to youth affiliated with the YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County.
