SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE BOXING
w/ CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR DONNA SMITH
Whether you are new to Boxing or want to take your current level up a notch, Donna will guide you through a progression of Boxing Skills.
A full-body boxing workout using heavy bags and intense cardio circuits.
