CAMP FINANCIAL AID

YMCA Summer Camp Financial Aid 2026

Application Period: February 15 – March 31, 2026

How to Apply:
To apply for financial aid for YMCA summer camps (Seewackamano, Starfish, and Wiltmeet), please download the scholarship application form from our website or contact our Registrar for assistance.

Required Documents:
Submit your completed application along with your 2025 Federal Tax Return (1040 form) for all household members to verify income. If you’re unable to file taxes by the camp season, please reach out to our Registrar for alternative documentation.

Scholarship Details:

  • Camps Seewackamano & Wiltmeet: Scholarships cover one two-week session per child.
  • Camp Starfish: Scholarships are available for all six weeks of camp (if registered for the full session).
  • Please Note: No scholarship will cover 100% of the camp fee. You may still have a balance to pay after financial aid is applied.
  • Deposit Requirements:
    • Seewackamano/Wiltmeet: $125 per session
    • Starfish: $60 per week

Submitting Your Application:
Return your completed application and required documents to our Registrar, Bianca, using one of these methods:

Important Dates:

  • Financial Aid Determinations: Mid to late February
  • Application Processing: First come, first served. Incomplete applications will be delayed.
  • Waiting List: If funding runs out, your family will be placed on a waiting list.

Securing Your Spot:
If you wish to secure your camper’s spot in camp before financial aid is determined, you can complete the registration process online and submit the required deposit. Any overpayments will be credited or refunded once aid is processed.
